How We Dispatch Your Order
1. The customer selects their preferred courier service.
2. The preferred courier must be clearly communicated while making the payment.
3. After payment confirmation, we prepare and dispatch the order during our working hours.
4. The parcel is dispatched only through the courier service selected by the customer.
5. Once the parcel is dispatched, the docket/tracking details are shared with the customer.
Tracking Your Parcel
Customers can track their parcels using the docket/tracking number provided by us.
Sky King
Customers can use the Sky King tracking application or visit the official Sky King website and enter the docket number.
DTDC
Customers can visit the official DTDC website and use its tracking facility by entering the docket number.
India Post
Customers can use the official India Post tracking facility or application and enter the tracking number.
For other devices or operating systems, customers can visit the respective courier company’s official website and enter their docket/tracking number.
Important Information
Once the parcel has been dispatched and the docket/tracking details have been shared, any further delivery, tracking or transit-related concerns should be taken up directly with the respective courier company.
