Select Your Stock From Anywhere
Unable to visit our showroom in Kolkata? No problem.
We offer live video-call stock selection, allowing customers to view our available collections directly from our showroom and select the products they prefer from wherever they are.
How It Works
1. First Message Us
Please send us a message on our Online & Order Enquiry Number: +91 9147141589 to request a video-call selection.
Please do not call directly for a video call. Kindly message us first and REQUEST A VIDEO CALL ON WHATSAPP
2. We Arrange the Video Call
After receiving your message, we will inform our team and arrange the video call depending on time availability and the customer rush at our showroom.
As we handle a high volume of customers and orders every day, video calls may not always be possible immediately.
We appreciate your patience and understanding.
3. View Our Collection Live
Once the video call is arranged, our team will show you the available products and collections live from our showroom.
4. Select Your Stock
You can view the designs and available stock and tell our team which products you would like to select.
5. Confirm Your Selection
Once your selection is finalised, we will guide you through the order and payment process.
6. Dispatch
After payment confirmation, your selected stock will be dispatched through the courier service chosen by you.
Convenient Selection, Wherever You Are
Our video-call selection facility is especially useful for customers who are outside Kolkata or unable to visit our showroom personally.
You can view our latest available collection, select your preferred stock and place your order without having to travel to Kolkata.
